Update - We are pleased to confirm that we have completed most of the fee reversals for the transactions that were debited more than once. MyUpdates subscribers will have received an SMS with confirmation of the erroneous debits have been reversed, but will not receive an SMS for fee reversals. The SMS will specify that the payment it being made to your account from the original company and will not show as a refund from Standard Bank. Sincere apologies for any confusion caused.
